Alan was an experienced driver. He just needed to dot his i’s and cross his t’s to get the finer points sorted. We had a deadline, he was going on holiday on 6 May and wanted everything done and dusted by then. Challenge accepted, his test had been booked for 27 April; he sailed through his test! Well done.
