Rami planned his course well in advance, contacting Carcaptain on 12 June to arrange his lessons for July in the period that he would be available for. Rami was moving on 29 July. He had to get his theory done, learn to drive and passed his test, or before his move. Instructor Hallam said you could do it and needed, as always? Rummy passed on the 24th, his first test ever! All set for his move, licence in hand! Well done
