Dean could drive. He just needed brush up training to pass his test. He had to do his theory test as well. Carcaptain booked his theory test, dedicated student that he is, he passed that on the first attempt. At the crack of dawn, on a beautiful Monday morning, Dean proved that he had been trained to pass his test by doing just that. Another Guaranteed Pass concluded.
